whilst most of the country has been buried under a blanket of snow, our little corner of Cornwall missed out (apart from a light dusting one evening) ... however, i did manage to get out & take some photos, so will be posting them sporadically over the next week or so (trying to make up for the hiatus this blog has briefly experienced!)

... these photos are of snow covered Dartmoor, with Plymouth (& a bit of Cornwall!) in the foreground, taken from our bedroom - the first 2 photos are from last friday evening, the 3rd is from saturday morning

at half time during the 2008 Champions League final, i looked out the window & was amazed to see this great trail of coaches parked along the river, ready to whisk the all the United & Chelsea fans straight back to the airport & outta the country!
