How cute. I guess i'll never see any of these sprouting up near the equator :)
Lovely shots..will come back for more :)
Very lovely close-ups! Funny name for the flowers - didn't know they're called cowslips in english.

Fotoaddict... greetings! .. thanks for visiting .. & glad to hear you'll be back!
Nicola... grettings & cheers! ... what do they call them in Germany? (& what might that translate as?) .. they are part of the Primula family - had a brief look at google images just to make sure that's what they're called, & came across this site dedicated to Cowslips!

Weeds are sprouting at my door. Or is it a product of my wild imagination? :P
Thanks for asking.. i'm still hanging on!
Ah!...so Spring has arrived...can I stop shivering now ?
Gorgeous.
And I know they're not sad in the least, but the second one kinda made me sad...silly cowslips. ;)
Great pictures, as always,
~ Ash
Jasp... YAY! spring has sprung!
Ash... cheers, as always ... sad? - is that because they're kinda droopy? like a downturned smile maybe? or are you just weird? LOL silly cowslips indeed! ... makes me happy (not your sadness, silly!) - spring finally rearing it's head - everything suddenly springing into life - garden full o' colours!
