I drive past these glorious fields of daffodils each day ... so i stopped just now, chatted with the farmer, & had a wander round the field taking plenty of photos!
I'll post more photos another day! ;)
a previous daffodil post here
What i'm listening to ... Freddie Hubbard - Red Clay
Wonderful scenes MrC...
And there was my mum saying that she hadn't seen any decent daffodils this year!
Gosh. Am i jealous that you see fields of daffodils day in, day out? ;)
Do you have a close-up of the flower? Like to sneak a peek!
Wow, so many daffodils. Beautiful shots! Were they supposed to be sold? Guess it's too late for that now since they are all blooming already and won't last that long unfortunately...
aaaaa wonderful yellow, very beautiful!!:)
cheers everybody! ;)
Dustin.. you mean gnarly & weatherbeaten? lol. ... i'm shy & therefore not great at taking pics of people!
Michelle.. amusingly i was so taken with the scale of it all, that i don't think i took any close-ups! ;(
Nicola.. another field was harvested & sold before flowering ... these ones though, will be sold as bulbs
Oh Wow! I love daffodils! My most favorite flowers of all. And these are gorgeous, M! I like that they're not close up...I like the whole field. Wish I could walk in it...though don't I wish for a lot of things. ;)
Happy Day! :)
Thanks for the lovely flowers,
~ Ash
