I was awoken at 6 o'clock this morning to the sound of a huge bumble bee flying around the bedroom! ... more importantly though, the sun was rising; so i grabbed my camera & took some shots (before liberating the bumble bee!)
During the winter months we see very little of the sun because of the proximity of the nearby hill .. however for 5or6 months of the year, we are treated to some amazing sunrises (i've missed most of the recent ones because i've been on my way to work, or too knackered to care!) .. each morning can be so different due to the river (be it flat or choppy), the tides, & of course the ammount of cloud cover!
a previous sunrise .. from my bedroom .. & .. from the riverside & a hazy morning from my bedroom ... & while we're at it .. another view from my bedroom - this time at 1 o'clock in the morning!
What am i listening to? ... Zoohacker & Virág - Manna Lounge Live Session No.1
Beautiful pictures! My favorite is the first one, because of the symmetrical composition and the reflections in the water.
You woke up early for this ?... Wonderful shots!!
cheers!
;)
Beautiful sunrise!
ha ha .. you have a choice issue deciding which one you like best? lol .. i have serious choice issues when deciding which ones to post! .. i take plenty of photos of everything, from many many angles, & at different zooms, etc .. so often narrowing it down to a single shot is a nightmare! .. also, i'm finding that (obviously) not everyone likes the same thing - so some'll like one, & t'others'll like t'other!
;)
cheers Phil & Nicola
