hux .. hello there .. cheers as always .. i look forward to seeing what you come up with .... & i don't just dislike the tacky trappies, it's the hoardes of irritating people that annoy me most!
;)
I went there with the family last year and we loved it. You'll find you can achieve far more impressive images once inside... Make sure you go before it's closed down!
Your photos are excellent. As a previous blogger stated, you should visit before all of the satellite dishes are dismantled.(Antenna One will remain since it has Listed Building status) We live nearby & this weekend I am planning on taking some photos myself as some are in the process of being taken down. The site itself is NOT closing down,BT have announced that they are spending £500,000 on an improved visitor centre/experience which is excellent news for South Cornwall.Whatever one may think of tourists in Cornwall, the latest figures show that the 'Tourist Industry' accounts for at least 25% of GDP in the region.
Anyone who reads this is welcome to stop & call in at the nearby Goonhilly Craft Shop & Tea Room, the photos of our site will not be as spectacular, but you will receive a warm welcome & reasonable prices !!
